is my hair so dry?
How do I get my hair to grow faster?
I am tired of being a slave to my hair, what are my options?
is my hair so dry?
When you shampoo your
hair it becomes rehydrated. It’s like a plant that’s freshly watered.
About three days after you shampoo, all of the moisture evaporates from your hair
and it begins to feel dry. Contrary to what we have been taught, hair becomes
dry from lack of moisture, not lack of oil. If you want your hair to feel great,
shampoo and condition it 1 to 2 times weekly and be sure to seal in the moisture
with Nourish & Shine. Mist your hair daily with Revitalizing Leave-In Conditioner to re-hydrate your hair before setting or heat styling. If your scalp is dry,
be sure to seal in the moisture with Scalp Nourishing Serum. Your hair and scalp
will feel and function much better. You will also find that by, rehydrating your
hair daily, it will feel and look better, and be more manageable. A clean, healthy
scalp is the foundation to healthy hair. Ultimately, you will find that you will
have to use fewer products to get your hair to do what it is suppose to do! Be
bouncy and shiny! . And then all there is left to do is love your hair.

do I get my hair to grow faster?
Chances are, your hair
is growing, you may just want to speed up the process. The three essentials to
fast hair growth are: lots of water, aerobic exercise and eating mineral rich
foods or taking extra minerals in supplements. Taking 22.5 miligrams of zinc daily
along with a multi vitamin will speed up the process. Shampooing 1 to 2 times
weekly and using products that cleanse gently, nourish and strengthen your hair
will keep your hair from breaking. Exercise is so important because heart pumping
exercise speeds up blood flow, therefore getting more nourishment to the papilla
of the hair and perspiration unclogs the pores and helps to rid your body of toxins.
Exercise also reduces stress and helps your body to relax. Drink 10 to 12 8oz
glasses of water daily and eat lots of leafy dark green vegetables. Whenever you
exercise, be sure to rinse or shampoo your hair 2 to 3 times weekly. If you cannot
shampoo often enough, mist your hair with Revitalizing Leave In Conditioner and
seal in the moisture with Nourish & Shine. Remember, perspiration has salt
and ammonia in it and both are very drying for your hair, so be sure to shampoo
or rinse as often as possible. P.S. loose the weaves, glue and heavy gels, and
shampoo more often if you want your hair to be healthy!

am tired of being a slave to my hair, what are my options?
The first option is to
find a great stylist who will take the time to listen to your concerns and make
suggestions regarding wash and wear hair. There are many wash and wear options
for relaxed, natural and texturized hair. A good stylist will advise you. A great
cut is critical! It's also best to find a stylist that is used to working with
many textures of hair because they tend to be more familiar with what your hair
can and cannot do. For instance, if your hair is relaxed, you may want to leave
a little wave in your hair, so in the warmer months you can wash and wear your
hair in a curly style. If your hair does not have any curl, then relax it very
straight and either put it in a ponytail wet, or slick it back wet and push a
little wave into it, or slick it back wet and get a couple of great headbands
for wash and wear days. For wash and wear days, shampoo with Moisture Nourishing
Shampoo, condition with Nutrient Replenishing Conditioner, detangle with Revitalizing
Leave in Conditioner, feed your hair with Nourish and Shine and apply lots of
Condition and Sculpt. Your hair will dry with a wet look, as long as your hair
is cut properly, washing and wearing provides you with a neat, clean professional
look. And its carefree! Condition and Sculpt does not flake or dry your hair like
gels. Taking a break from heat styling will give your hair a chance to breath
and keep it healthier. The easier your haircare regimen is the more freedom you
will have to live your life. You should not be a slave to your hair! Have fun,
life is short!
